Accounts are issued by an FSS administrator. There is no self sign-up.
Initial Setup
No FSS accounts exist yet. Create the first administrator account — this screen appears only once, and afterwards accounts can only be created from inside the portal.

Meal Pickup
Select the date and meal, then check off each unit as its POC collects. The POC enters their DoD ID to sign for the meals.
Request Form Options
Add or remove the choices units see on the meal request form. Removing an option only hides it from new requests — past requests keep what they recorded.

This is the name shown against menus you publish and meals you issue.
